Please read our reservation, payment and cancellation policies before booking your stay with us.
Reservation & Payment Policy
- To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total stay is required.
- For high-season dates (see below), full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance, plus any applicable bank fees or commissions, must be paid upon arrival — either in cash or by credit card (with an additional 4.5% fee).
- We accept payments in USD and Peruvian Soles (PEN) via cash, PayPal, or bank transfers.
- Prices are listed in USD, but they may be converted to Soles (PEN) at the current exchange rate on the date of the transaction.
- Cancellation requests must be sent by email to lamaisonmancora@gmail.com and must include the following details: dates, guests, and services.
Modification & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 25 days or more before check-in: 100% of the deposit will be refunded, minus a USD 15 administrative fee and any applicable bank fees or commissions. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
- Cancellations made less than 25 days before check-in: The deposit is non-refundable.
- Date changes: One date change is allowed free of charge up to 15 days before check-in, subject to availability. If a date change is not possible, the original cancellation policy will apply.
- Early departures: No refunds will be issued if a guest chooses to leave before the scheduled check-out date.
- Refund processing: All refunds will be processed within 45 days using the payment method most convenient for the hotel, minus a USD 15 administrative fee and any applicable transaction fees deducted from the refunded amount.
No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive on the reserved date without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
High-Season & Holiday Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to the following dates:
Christmas → January 15 Easter Summer National Holidays July 15 → August 25
National Holidays include May 1, June 29, July 28–29, August 30, October 8, November 1, December 8, or any other designated dates.
- 100% prepayment is required to confirm the reservation.
- Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in: Full refund, minus any bank fees.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in: A 50% penalty of the total booking amount will apply.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in: No refund.
- Date changes: Free of charge up to 21 days before check-in, subject to availability. If a change is not possible, the original cancellation policy will apply.
- Early departures: No refunds.

La Maison Eco-House is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, delays, or losses caused by external providers (e.g., airlines, transportation services, restaurants, etc.), unforeseen events, or adverse weather conditions.
